8. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the workers' labor contracts, including: contract signing, archiving, and distribution of contracts. Including: contract signing, filing, renewal work;
9. Responsible for assisting new workers to report to the reception, initial training and other related work; 10. Responsible for work-related injuries and problematic workers special permit application, review of the workers during the period of living, food and transportation, wage settlement and departure arrangements, as well as the collection and preservation of related information;
11. Responsible for the declaration of the labor workers' medical expenses and payment and other related processing;
12. be responsible for the implementation of the performance appraisal of the foreman, the review and summary of the foreman's performance pay;,
13. be responsible for worker skill training registration and related work, core skill CORETRADE training application and extension work;
14. be responsible for the record of departure information of in-service workers and the application for CPF refund of workers who leave the country with authorization.

About This Role

1) Promote the implementation of new market strategies, coordinate and assist in the formulation of market development strategies; organize market surveys, forecasts, feasibility studies, and technical and economic analysis of new markets and new fields; market operation information management; responsible for establishing and improving the company’s operation information system.

2) Prepare relevant commissions, offices and related agencies report and maintain market operations; update group project information and resources, coordinate regional tracking and advancement; assist, promote, and get job globally.

3) Collect, approve and issue the headquarters' operating indicators for each region. Assist the region or organization to complete the preparation of project bid evaluation documents; assist in the organization and coordination of external resources, participate in and assist in project bidding work.

4) Responsible for the formulation, improvement, and interpretation of the company’s project cost management system and standards; collect, collect and analyze the company’s cost database and cost management plan; be responsible for the approval of the company’s project target cost; cooperation area Management center to manage project costs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Study and analyse tender documents
• Assist in measurements and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-off, when required.
• Prepare Tender & Contract documents
• Attend tender interviews /meetings and liaise with main contractors, subcontractors and project team
• Responsible for administration of project budget, cost control and sub-contract and main-contract including Variation Order (VO) and settlement of final accounts
• When required, to carry out material take-off
• Attend site show-round to investigate site conditions, engineering and technical matters to achieve higher accuracy in BOQ.
• Source for Sub-Contractors/Suppliers
• Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarising subcontracts, materials and equipment
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to clarify technical matters to support/assist tendering process.
• Evaluate submission of bonds/warranties from subcontractors

Requirements:

• Singaporean & Malaysian
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience as Electrical QS (Tender of Project) for the M&E Sector.
• Fresh Graduate are also welcome.
• Independent with excellent problem-solving skills, detailed and a good team player

Job Description:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
• Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to client and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the client, management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of both main contract and sub-contract.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
• Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC policies, processes, systems and procedures.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• More than 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Acquired with both civils and architectural knowledges is preferable.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
