Position Summary:
At Manli Technology Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional performance and reliability in our products. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to promote our products, develop customer relationships, and drive sales in the region. This role involves providing after-sales technical support and working closely with both customers and internal teams to achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote products and develop customer relationships to drive sales in the region.
- Provide technical support, training, and product demonstrations to customers.
- Manage and develop key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with distributors on sales forecasts, customer demand, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on new product promotions and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and address concerns.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the management team.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and pricing models.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma with 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience with server/data centre products is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong professional qualities
- Adaptable mindset and a strong ability to learn
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese and Cantonese is a plus for effective interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments
- Dynamic and adept in handling pressure effectively
