Financial Management and Reporting:

• Manage the accounting processes for Singapore operations, including documentation and all related entries, such as posting General Journals.

Qualifications:

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 4 year degree in business, sales, or related field experience
• 10+ years of related professional experience. May include a combination of aviation maintenance, sales, customer support and service, or other related field(s)
• Extensive background in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of commercial helicopters.
• Strong Customer Advocacy Skills to Exceed our customer’s expectations and keep them successful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include ability to communicate across a multicultural customer base
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English and assigned region language(s).
• Candidate must have, or be able to obtain, the legal right to conduct business in all countries within his/her assigned region.
• Strong collaborative skills and drive for results
• Ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment
• Good organization and time management skills
• Attention to detail & goal oriented
• Ability to self-manage. Prioritize and manage time sensitive responsibilities.

Preferred:

• Rotorcraft experience
• Rotorcraft technical knowledge
• Salesforce.com experience
• Airframe and power plant license and/or pilot license is a plus
• Experience of maintenance on Bell aircraft
• Fluent in English
• Basic speaking proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or Indonesian languages
• Office location preferred in Singapore, but will consider other Bell sites in Asia Pac.
