Job Title: Administrative Assistant cum Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our tuition center as an Marketing Administrative Specialist. This role involves handling daily administrative tasks while also supporting the center’s marketing efforts to enhance student engagement and boost enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

1. Front Desk Management:

• Attend to inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage student registrations and class schedules.

2. Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of students, classes, payments, and attendance.
• Prepare and update monthly reports, including enrollment statistics and fee collection.

3. Logistics Support:

• Coordinate and ensure smooth operations of daily classes.
• Order and manage stock of office supplies and teaching materials.

4. Payment Processing:

• Handle fee collection and provide receipts to parents.
• Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.

5. General Office Support:

• Assist in filing, document preparation, and other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Marketing Duties

1. Telemarketing

• Pitching to Prospective clients using provided scripts
• Follow up text

1. Digital Marketing:

• Manage and update social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with engaging content.
• Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on digital platforms.

2. Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the center’s programs.
• Create and distribute newsletters and promotional materials to parents and prospects.

3. Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing open houses, workshops, and other marketing events.
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, including logistics and setup.

4. Brand Development:

• Help maintain the center’s branding and messaging consistency across all communication channels.
• Propose creative ideas to enhance visibility and outreach efforts.

5. Market Research:

• Conduct research to understand customer preferences and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights to improve program offerings and marketing approaches.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Working Hours

• 5.5 days per week:
• Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What you will be working on

As a member of the Data Exploitation & Process Engineering section, you will drive process re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Your role includes deploying data analytics for insights, supporting data management through governance and process coordination, and developing the Healthcare Datamart. You will also integrate it with the Unified Data Platform (UDP) and create healthcare dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Work with stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive data management framework, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent data quality and adherence to best practices across the organization.
• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders on data analytics projects to uncover insights that drive policy reviews and support the formulation of operational strategies aimed at achieving business goals and improving performance.
• Work closely with the IT support team to develop, manage, and maintain the healthcare data mart and associated IT systems, ensuring the timely availability, accuracy, and integrity of healthcare data for advanced analytics and decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including the preparation, analysis, and collation of reports and statistical submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data to stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing improvements in data management processes, leveraging feedback and insights to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels.
• Collaborate across departments, aligning data initiatives with broader organizational objectives and supporting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

• Work with key stakeholders to identify and address emerging learning and development needs.
• Lead the annual learning needs analysis to develop the organization's comprehensive Learning Plan.
• Oversee the preparation and management of the yearly training budget.
• Source and collaborate with external partners for customized training content and delivery, negotiate agreements, and manage contracts in coordination with the Corporate Legal team.
• Update and review employee orientation materials regularly to ensure they are current and relevant.

• Candidate must possess Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a HR (L&D) AND HR Operations focused role
