We are looking to hire a hard-working and efficient Commis to prepare ingredients and dishes for the Sous Chef and assist with various kitchen duties. Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cook in Indian, Arabian, or South East Asian cuisines is a plus.
• Good understanding of the preparation techniques and ingredients specific to these cuisines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Cook and Chef in preparing ingredients and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing and assisting in food prep.
• Prepare sauces, chutneys, side dishes, and accompaniments as per Chef’s instructions.
• Ensure food items are stored and labeled correctly.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support the kitchen team in the daily operation and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
