Duties and Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing
• Process monthly payroll for all centres
• Check and calculate employees’ overtime.
• Generate payroll reports and upload bank export files for approvals.
• Maintain proper filing of payroll documents, to include supporting documents and authorizations.
• Generate payslips for staff to view via e-Payslip system.
• Prepare Headcount Report and Payroll Recharges for Finance Department.
• Send Payroll Reports and Recharges to Finance Department by the 1st week of month.
• Monthly submission of CPF. Provide CPF acknowledgement to respective Finance personnels.
• Tally and reconcile monthly FWL payment advices
• Administrative Duties
• Process and submit NS Make-up Pay Claims for staff.
• Provide support in Survey related matters.
• Generate and extract reports from Timesoft as and when required.
• Prepare relevant HR monthly report
• Any other duties as instructed by the Head of Human Resource.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Relevant Fields
• Prior experience in Payroll
• Knowledge of Timesoft will be advantageous!!

Responsibilities:

• Student programme/project administration including project applications, claim submissions/reimbursements and reporting.
• Support the development and communication of publicity materials and maintenance of its publicity portals.
• Maintenance of Student Community Engagement databases and the preparation of management and other reporting requirements.
• Support other administrative requirements as assigned e.g., meeting arrangements.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Highly fluent in all Microsoft applications especially Excel and Power Automate.
• Data Management will be an important skill set for consideration
