Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and independent individual who is meticulous, eager to learn and has a keen eye for detail to join our young and dynamic firm as our Office Manager / Office Secretarial Executive to assist with office administration and provide operational and secretarial support to the lawyers in our firm. While relevant experience is a plus, we also welcome fresh graduates with an interest in learning the different functions of a law firm. The Role

General scope of duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing secretarial support to the lawyers and partner to ensure smooth operation of legal matters

The Ideal Candidate

• University degree or Diploma with local polytechnic
