Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, benefits, and deductions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely updates for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and company policies.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and submit statutory filings, such as taxes, social security contributions, and other required reports.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve related issues promptly.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices.
Requirement:
Min Diploma Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of multi-country payroll processing.
Certification in payroll management is a plus.
