The Mapletree Associate Programme (MAP) offers fresh graduates an opportunity to enter into the exciting real estate industry with one of the leading real estate companies.
Over 24 months, successful applicants will build a strong technical foundation through on-the-job training, and undergo professional development programmes to enhance their soft skills.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on your interest and qualification, you will embark on one of the following offered tracks:
Investment & Asset Management Track:
As an MA under the Investment & Asset Management Track, you will be exposed to at least one of the real estate asset classes and get to witness the different stages of an asset life cycle. The possible career areas includes Private Capital Management, Investment and Asset Management as well as Portfolio Management. Applicants to this track will need to possess strong analytical, quantitative and numeric skills.
Corporate Track:
As an MA under the Corporate Track, you will be part of the business support teams responsible for partnering the business to deliver value to the overall Group’s strategy while maintaining good governance practices and business integrity within the organisation. The possible career areas includes Finance, Treasury, Risk Management and Human Resources.
Real Estate Management Track:
You will work in one of the three REITs sponsored by Mapletree. Under the Real Estate Management Track, you will be exposed to different aspects of real estate management and understand how each function comes together to affect the REIT’s performance. The possible career areas includes Investment and Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Leasing, Investor Relations and Property Management.
Real Estate Development Track:
As an MA under the Real Estate Development Track, you will be part of the Group Development Management team. You will be exposed to the different aspects of building development and understand how each of the development functions come together to complete a development project. The possible career areas include Design (Architecture), Design (Mechanical & Electrical), Project Management and Cost & Contracts.
Job Requirements
- Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree graduate with strong academic achievement and less than 1 year of full-time working experience
- Suitable qualifications for Investment & Asset Management / Real Estate Management / Corporate tracks include Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, and Economics
- Suitable qualifications for Real Estate Development track include Architecture, Project & Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying and Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Motivated and interested in the real estate business
- Energetic and keen to take up challenges and new experiences
- Agile learners with critical thinking skills; think “out-of-box”
- Able to perform under pressure and uncertainties
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- This role is required to be physically present at the workplace
