• Manage meeting room schedule

• Able to assist with IT support
• Manage road tax & vehicle insurance renewal/ VPC

• Handle day to day procurement operations
• Hold primary responsibility for procuring categories such as consumables, equipment, and services
• Actively assess cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation update and filing for Purchasing Department
• Ensure full coordination among inter-departments, suppliers, vendors and contactors on matters related to purchasing and supplies
• Other general administration duties as & when require

Job Description:

The Admin Executive oversees and coordinates vendor and client orders and general administrative duties, with min. 1 year work experience. Our team is committed to an employee orientated team that is young and vibrant, providing good career prospects from fast expanding team.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and scheduling
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, provide timely and accurate information to clients

· Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents

• Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and up to date
• Handling Accounts Receivable/ Billing/ PO
• Other general admin support

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Self-motivated learner, passionate and responsible team player
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written & spoken, are required for this role in order to liaise with China counterparts.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
