Job Description & Requirements:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Corporate Secretary Intern to join our team at Diversified Solutions Private Limited. This is a remote position offering flexibility and an opportunity to gain valuable experience in corporate secretarial work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents.
• Maintain and update corporate records and registers.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Prior knowledge or experience in corporate secretarial work is a plus, but not mandatory.

Job Details:

• Type: Internship (Remote)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
• Monthly Stipend: SGD 1,000

Corp Sec and administrative duties:-

• Corporate Secretary Duties (Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, KYC and customer due diligence check, Secretary documentation filing)

• Perform admin duties (eg. raise invoices and payment) for the Accounts and • Admin services department.

• Payroll calculation and CPF submission

Accounting duties:-

• Assist in the data entry for accounting transactions and bank reconciliations under the supervision of Accounts Seniors from time to time.

• Preparation of GST schedules and submission

• Preparation of unaudited financial statements

• Training will be provided

Requirements:-

• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

• Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6.30pm or 44 hours per week (Flexi-time and work days as per TAFEP’s flexible Work Arrangement)
