Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including preparation of documents and invoices
2. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings using templates
3. Update and maintain registers and corporate secretarial records
4. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS
5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
6. Reach out to clients for statutory deadlines and reminders
7. Respond to clients queries in a timely and professional manner
8. Work with other departments to ensure that the clients requests and requirements are fulfilled
9. Compliance with the Companies Act and relevant laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
• Be flexible and adaptable in working styles.
• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Description

· Undertake external audit in various industries for small to medium size companies.

· Opportunities for overseas audit assignments

· Good understanding of the relevant business and risk management issue.

· Familiar with Singapore regulatory and reporting environment

· Able to handle assignments independently

· Prepare audited / unaudited financial statements and tax computation

· Able to work independently under tight deadlines to gain exposure

Requirements

· Possess Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or ACCA finalist

· Minimum 1 year local Audit experience.

· Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner.

CorpZap is searching for an entry or junior level Corporate Secretary to service its portfolio of over 1000 client companies. On-the-job training will be provided. No prior experience is required.

Job scope includes:

• Incorporation of companies (drafting documents for incorporation and lodging on ACRA).
• Liasing with account managers for opening of bank accounts.
• Drafting of documents for corporate changes and lodging on ACRA.
• Invoicing clients for our services and sending out reminders for overdue payment.
• Reminding clients of their companies' annual obligations.
