RESPONSIBILITIES
· Expand both existing and new clientele base
· Build strong rapport with customers and provide excellent service
· Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth loan applications and disbursements
· Resolve conflicts efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Achieving sales targets consistently
REQUIREMENTS
· GCE N/O/A levels or equivalent
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (require to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
· Independent and highly motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets
· Customer-centric with positive attitude and eagerness to learn
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
