• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reconciliations.
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documents.
• Map current finance processes and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in projects aimed at streamlining financial operations, including forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance.
• Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains within financial processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be provide support to the Corporate Partnership team in areas of :

• organising the fundraising campaigns and dinners
• managing donation systems, analysis of data etc.
• administrative work like sending emails, making cold calls.
• duties like dealing with event vendors, fundraising dinner arrangement, etc.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business
• Able to work independently and engage people of different levels
• Familiar with online/digital/social media channels for publicity and promotion
• Good writing and communication skills

Work location : Woodlands (nearest MRT station: Woodlands)

Internship Period : Mid May to December 2024
