Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable.
• Check the Daily Sales Report for all outlets.
• Perform research and market intelligence through close monitoring of competitor performance, strategies, and pricing structures.

• Assist and support in the monthly and yearly closing process.
• Handling office administrative matters such as stationery, mail, pantry supplies, and related assigned.

• Liaise regarding collection and payment with internal stakeholders.
• Effectively utilize essential technology platforms and tools for data analysis.
• Ensure the accounting system has the correct data input.
• Allocate codes to transactions in the accounting system.

Requirements:

• NITEC or “O” Levels or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years of accounts experience.
