1. Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including preparation of documents
2. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings using templates

4. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS
5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
6. Assist with providing administrative support to company top management

Job Description & Requirements

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Simple accounting / bookkeeping duties

• Issue receipts/invoice/summons, including cashiering duties

• Prepare journal entries into accounting system

• Prepare accounting statements (e.g. trial balances, P&L, inventory lists, etc)

• Issue cheque payments, process claims

• Answer residents’ queries (both inbound calls and outbound calls)

• Update system on call notes pertaining to correspondences with residents

• Assist in follow up paperwork (e.g. issue of statement of accounts, etc)

• Print and mail out invoices
• Prepare, verify and check various logistics billing cost items, charging methods and reports.
• To ensure that all shipments are invoiced accurately and closed within the stipulated time frame; and accurate updating of the system for each shipment.
• Follow up with customers on payments
• To liaise with Customer service and sales departments for quotations related to the files for invoicing.

Requirements:
