Accounting Management

- day-to-day technical support and translation of IT techinical documents

- Having a strong understanding of our in-house tools and act as a key support to clients and internal teams in the APAC region with a strong knowledge of IT system, which is mainly call center system.

Requirement

- 5+ yrs experience in project management within a software development environment with project roadmap, project planning, project deliverables, and team management (especially offshore teams and onsite teams)

- MUST experience in Microservice Architecture and Highly Availability Architecture for Enterprise Workloads

- Experience in Web development (web application & web services) with Javascript Stacks (Node JS, Express JS, React JS, Vue JS, SQL, NoSQL)

- Experience in cloud development i.e AWS, GCP

- MUST Knowledge of Agile or Scrum environments

- Familiarity with common project management tools (Jira and Confluence)

- The ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Exeperience of the working in Call Center as operator and supervisor, or a strong understanding of Call Center Operation

About the role

You will have the opportunity to help shape, influence and drive the business. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of Singapore incorporated clients in corporate tax and multi-skill in at least on functional area such as GST, transfer pricing, private wealth, or M&A. You may choose to be based either in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Malacca.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of tax professionals and manage a portfolio of Singapore tax clients
• Oversee proper execution of tax assignment including planning, execution, and review of tax engagements
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and in developing new business opportunities
• Leading and delivering thought leadership and marketing collaterals and drive business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, Australia or equivalent
• At least 10 years' experience in Singapore tax
• Singapore Certified Tax Professional (SCTP) professional qualification is an advantage
• Experience in shipping industry assignments is an advantage
• Relevant experience with large/mid-tier international accounting firms
