ServiceNow, a leading global provider of cloud workflow automation solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Ethics & Compliance professional to join our growing Legal – Investigations team.
Demand for ServiceNow products, services, and technology continues to increase at a rapid pace globally, and so have the complexities around how ServiceNow gets those items into the hands of customers.
As a key member of ServiceNow’s Ethics & Compliance organization, you will be responsible for contributing to and leading critical activities designed to ensure that our employees and partners comply with our Code of Ethics and other applicable authorities. This position plays a significant role in internal investigations undertaken by the Ethics & Compliance organization within the Legal Department at ServiceNow. This role will work collaboratively with members of the Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Alliance & Channel Ecosystem, and Sales teams at ServiceNow. The successful candidate must radiate a “can-do” attitude.
This position reports to the Director, Legal – Investigations and will be based at a ServiceNow location in Singapore. The successful candidate for this position will lead and support internal investigations undertaken by the Ethics & Compliance organization on a global basis.
- Collaborate on a broad range of global investigations related to potential violations of company policies or laws
- Conduct interviews of reporters and witnesses, perform document reviews, and perform related research
- Ensure that internal investigations are conducted in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Coordinate with Ethics & Compliance colleagues strategically located at global ServiceNow locations.
- Translate investigative findings into enhancements of underlying compliance programs to improve the daily operations of those programs
- Contribute to quarterly presentations for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
- Maintain and assess data on trends and patterns of allegations and investigations
- As requested, issue reports regarding specific investigations for presentation to senior leadership
- Collaborate with ServiceNow colleagues on a global basis
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and government enforcement initiatives
- As appropriate, partner with outside legal counsel on investigative strategies and tactics
