Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP.
Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works
Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts
Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon
Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators to successfully
Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade ,Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage
Completed min 5 project cycles
Strong Decision making and leadership skil
