Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Executive reports to the Group Finance Head. Job Description

1. Assist the department manager to perform the delivery duties according to the authorization of the department manager.
2. Execution of the duties of the deputy manager and the execution and coordination of the project.
3. Supervise and execute the project in charge.
4. Planning and supervising the design, development and experimental product verification of new process technology.
5. Plan and supervise process simplification and derivative new process product development to increase productivity.
6. Plan and supervise product PROD management.
7. Plan and supervise WAT testing and effective data analysis to improve process capability.
8. Work closely with PE to make mass production of new products smooth.
9. Worked as an officer in the fab of the fab.
10. Coordinate and integrate various departments of the factory as well as Product, CIM and QRA departments to improve product yield and reliability.
11. Simplify, establish new derivative processes and increase productivity.
12. Responsible for establishing the WAT test system and process across the plant.
13. Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality and capability of the WAT test system.
14. Responsible for creating and improving WAT test program.
15. Personnel management, training, motivation and performance evaluation.
16. Annual budget preparation and control.
17. Planning and distribution of annual training programs and improvement programs.
18. Plan to promote the annual technology research and development program.
19. Implement and promote the company's quality/confidentiality/work safety and other strategies.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology development, product transfer or process integration related scope
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and comfortable liaising with Mandarin Speaking Counterparts from Taiwan
• Strong leadership capability and able to drive cross-teams to deliver common goals
• Independent, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic result driven environment
• Possess strong analytical and planning skills to manage and executive key transfer programs/projects

SUMMARY

This position will manage carrier relations for all transportation activities within the region, and along with the Carrier Managers in the other regions, manage Jabil’s global carrier relationships. This position will support and work with the regional sites, in coordinating inter and intra-regional transportation requirements, lead the sites in selecting carriers and constructing routing guides and in driving productivity initiatives. This position will support the SC Network Optimization team with in-region logistics expertise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)

Serve as Transportation expert in region

Manage carriers and forwarders

Manage carrier tariffs and coordinate freight quotations

Work with sites in building and managing routing guides Maintain metrics and activity reports

Work as part of global carrier team

Drive global and regional carrier productivity and cost reduction programs

Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Any other Logistics related/relevant tasks, scope as and when assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required.

Five years plus of significant international and regional logistics experience.

Demonstrated high performance orientation.

Strong knowledge of global and in region transportation modes (air, integrator, road and ocean modes) Negotiation experience and capability.

Strong analytical skills, logistics industry knowledge, negotiating ability, sound judgment and communication skills.

Proven capability of successful project management.

Ability to work with organizing data in support of productivity improvement projects.

Knowledge of distribution activities.

Team leadership and management skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Competent in MS Office apps; in particular Exel Analytics

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluency in English required (Speaking, writing and reading). Fluency in Mandarin (Speaking) is required as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such algebra. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited data exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
