• To provide cover for Trade Operations department regarding shipping documentation when required
• Any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Company

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Ensure timely presentation of documents to banks and status tracking of shipping documents.
• Liaise with banks pertaining to all import procedures and payment to sellers in a timely manner.
• Daily Bank Balance Reporting for BU.
