Purpose of the Role:

The Design & General Manager at ALBD Living, Singapore, will be pivotal in driving the company’s vision to become the leading boutique full-service Interior Design, Marketing, and Branding Studio. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure operational excellence, financial growth, and the delivery of exceptional design solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership:

· Oversee all aspects of the Singapore office, including design, client service, and project execution.

· Manage performance targets, KPIs, and budgets to achieve financial and strategic goals.

2. Financial Management:

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Interior Design, Branding, or Marketing industry.

· Proven track record of achieving financial growth, including meeting revenue targets.

· Demonstrated ability to oversee business operations, including design, project execution, and team leadership.

· Experience in client relationship management and supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end delivery of CEW from pre-project to post go live support

Providing technical leadership and guidance to team
