Job Purpose

-The role will oversee the day to day facilities operations and management at both Office sites @ Nexus and Novena.

-This role may include project involvement in the setup of the new office spaces at Novena

-Oversee operations of the Facilities matters at the NHG Offices ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities. Ie.M&E contracts management, cleaning, powershutdown,server rooms.

-Ensure efficient running of the office administrative matters.

-Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services ie. Temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues and Fire Warden

-Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters

-Plan and implement facilities related projects ie. Renewals

-Space planning/ renovation projects.

-Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.

-Manage A&A projects at Novena Site Office

-Season parking management

Salary range : $3,300 - $5,000

Must be willing to come back to work on some Sat / sundays, due to renovation work

Job Objectives

Key Responsibilities

· Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system.

· Process invoice payments.

· Financial Data Management - Ensuring accurate/up-to-date data entries.

· Work with various senior managers to monitor utilization of budget.

· Aids in software, hardware contracts renewal and budget oversight.

· Aids in project budget oversight.

· Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports.

· Asset Management – Manage laptops inventory, issuance, write-off of assets, etc.

· Other Finance/Asset Management related ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Lead

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.

• Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a Finance Institution, Audit or Consultancy firm.

• Fresh grads with relevant internship experience in Finance, Audit or Consultancy may apply.

Essential:

· Above average Excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, power query, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To provide support with claims (MediSave/Insurance/MCPS) and billing related matters and follow-up on pending claims and finalization of patient bills and processing of bill adjustments
