Operational Management

• Become a trusted and effective liaison between HQ/BU and the customer and will be responsible for managing regular management review meetings with the related customer teams.
• Collaborate with company stakeholders to structure commercial/marketing proposals on new projects and initiatives.
• Support the building of strong customer relationships, while in the meantime also balancing the needs of the customer, account, and BUs, factories & HQ

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering field. Candidate with MBA qualifications will be advantageous.
• Minimum 7-8 years' of experience in semiconductor OEM, semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor parts/peripherals or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams on projects involving disparate, internal, and external stakeholders.
• Must have an excellent project management skill, especially across department in the organization.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting to both internal and external C-level incumbents/Senior Executives.
• Able and willing to travel 15-20% of the time for business purposes.
• Knowledge of Japanese is a plus for frequent liaising with Japan HQ and factory.
