Job Requirements:

Job Purpose

This is a role in SMBC’s Private Wealth Group and it includes supporting the establishment of credit and risk policies and responsibility for private wealth related credit products including structured lending (single stock financing), Lombard lending, mortgage lending and insurance related lending. Job Purpose

Candidate will lead a team to deliver projects and carry out operational support of systems in the University Campus Infrastructure domain. He/she will work closely with the user community, external vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives.

This is key role that would see technology implementations on impact areas such as Facility Management, Safety & Security, Corporate Administration, and in situations where candidates have the requisite skillset - OT/IT related systems.

An immediate and primary responsibility of the Candidate is to lead team members in the implementation of the Campus Wide Next Generation Door Access initiative. This is a major project that leverages on mobile technology and facial recognition for authentication of physical access.

Duties and Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management
• Manage and work with stakeholders.

Job Purpose

This is a role in SMBC’s Private Wealth Group and it includes supporting the establishment of credit and risk policies and responsibility for private wealth related credit products including structured lending (single stock financing), Lombard lending, mortgage lending and insurance related lending. The role will entail write up of credit proposals , working with the head of credit solutions to establishing the framework for such credit products including Loan-to-value (LTV) and exposure management on various types of collateral and monitoring of the credit exposures.
