Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications:

• Maintain and update corporate materials for presentations and submissions.
• Create, manage, and curate content for communication channels, including website, social media, and internal communications.
• Manage awards timelines and submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality entries.
• Liaise with institutions, agencies, and vendors to produce marketing collateral.
• Update and oversee corporate certifications and ensure compliance.
• Source and procure corporate gifts for various occasions.
• Develop and collaborate on corporate culture initiatives, such as team-building activities and CSR events.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the department.

Marketing Communications:

• Coordinate and create marketing and branding materials across print and digital platforms.
• Work with advertisers, publishers, and printers to ensure timely delivery of ad submissions and marketing materials.
• Copyedit, design, update, and produce company brochures and other promotional materials.
• Manage and update the Firm's website and social media accounts.
• Coordinate and prepare media or public relations materials as needed.
• Organize project photoshoots when required and prepare related materials.

Qualifications:

• A degree from a recognized university, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Skills & Attributes:

• Bilingual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in internal communications, social media management, public relations, and copywriting.
• Self-motivated and independent with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Effective team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Graphic design skills are an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Share allotment and/or share transfers
• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions
• Perform Customer Due Diligence and KYC checks
• Maintain register of controllers, nominee shareholders, and directors
• Maintain statutory records, registers and other relevant documents required by laws and regulations of Companies Act
• Ensure timely statutory filings to ACRA
• Preparation of XBRL Financial Statements
• Responsible for billings

Job Requirements:-

• Chartered Secretary (CSIS member)
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Independent, organized, multitask and meticulous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage debt portfolios and work with various internal stakeholders to address cash flow requirements
• Evaluate, analyse and recommend appropriate funding strategy for new investments and existing debt
• Review and complete documentation to facilitate funding by bilateral/syndicated loans (corporate or project)
• Evaluate, analyse and recommend hedging strategy for interest rate and foreign currency exposures
• Track and monitor loan portfolio, including interest costs, loan covenants and reviewing refinancing needs
• Prepare or review quarterly investor reports, periodic group treasury reporting, recommendation/board papers on funding and hedging strategies

Job Requirements

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 6 to 8 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience in corporate treasury and hedging will be an added advantage
• A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized and able to learn quickly and independently with strong analytical skills
• A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to work well with different functions and levels
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment
• Experience in the supervisory role
