Key Responsibilities

• Develop Educational Materials: Create consumer-friendly resources (e.g., factsheets, patient aids) to support health initiatives.
• Design and Outreach: Create graphics/posts to enhance reach and engagement for educational resources, workshops, and topic suggestions.
• Content Updates: Support creation and distribution of updates from the organization's team and manage media consent / release forms.
• Survey Management: Convert surveys to FormSG, track responses, and transcribe handwritten inputs into Excel for analysis.
• Communication Support: Send mass emails to patient organizations via the organization's mailbox.
• Administrative Support: Manage meeting logistics, procurement, and related duties.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
• Knowledge/background in healthcare will be a huge advantage
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in communications, content writing or equivalent.
• Familiar with social media and/ or email marketing. Understanding of other digital marketing practices and platforms (eg. SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Analytics etc.) is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Corporate Comms, Social Media and Branding

· Undertake editorial and production tasks including editing, writing, and producing in alignment with ASME’s communications strategies. This includes the production of e-newsletters, annual reports, publications, speeches, media releases, etc.

· Produce and post digital content for ASME’s social media accounts.

· Ensure and maintain brand consistency for all company materials and collaterals.

Stakeholder Relations

Event Comms

· Execute communications plans for key events.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Brings along at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the Events, Conference or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
