RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, train and manage a team of corporate secretarial managers and executives handling a high volume of portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
• Be responsible for providing structured training for corporate secretarial team members by implementing training plans to eliminate knowledge gaps and ensure team members are up to date with key regulatory changes.
• Be accountable for hiring quality and highly skilled candidates who will contribute to the success of your team

• Provide the cost and contracts administration services.
