Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Oversee the administrative functions within Nursing Services, providing support to ensure efficient operations.
• Training Coordination: Plan, organize, and facilitate nursing training programs, ensuring all necessary logistics, materials, and tools are in place.
• Meeting and Forum Management: Arrange nursing forums, meetings, and other relevant activities, including preparing meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes.

• Skill Laboratory Management: Oversee the booking and cleanliness of the Skill Laboratory, ensuring that inventory is maintained, and equipment is functional.
• Continuing Education: Collate and enter Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) points for nurses on the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) website.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Education Team.
