OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Planning function at HMI Medical plays a pivotal role in driving integration and synergies across key entities within the Group. This role offers undergraduates a significant learning opportunity to contribute to the integration of one of HMI Medical's entities. As a Corporate Planning Intern, you will report to the Corporate Planning Senior Manager and assist the Corporate Planning team in project management and execution of key integration workstreams. Job Description

• Manages group room/F&B events enquiries and related functions, dealing from receipt

of request to contracting and payment.

Job Description

1. Manages group room enquiries (10 or more rooms / people) and related functions, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.

2. Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers, reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.
