The Finance & Admin Executive is responsible in handling all day-to-day financial matters of Special Olympics Singapore, ensuring that proper accounting, reporting and governance is observed under standard Financial Reporting Standards. Job Duties:

• Perform general personal & secretarial duties
• Attend to queries via calls and handling courier services and mails
• Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
