The Opportunity

Quantexa is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth in financial institutions across the South-East-Asia. As a FSI Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, winning new deals, and meeting company targets. This is a role for a strong enterprise sales professional who has a proven track record in closing complex enterprise software deals. The role is ideally suited to a business hungry hunter who can open new accounts and has the required gravitas to manage C-suite stakeholders.

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Liaise and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure the monthly payroll computations and ad-hoc payroll computations for new joiners and terminations are accurate and in compliance with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.

About the Role Looking for a strong candidate able to follow through end-to-end on sales challenges strategy, design, communication and fulfilment. Agency Sales Challenges Work with cross-functional team (Sales, Communication, Events & Strategy) to Design, develop and execute the agency sales challenges. Prepare business proposals and models for financial projections. Craft the communication plan for each incentive with keynote, pitch book, and other materials. Execute the Sales challenges (e.g. vendor selection/onboarding, drive activities and fulfillment of sales challenges). Provide observation and recommendations for justification for all challenges launched based on historical data analysis and key objective of the campaign. R equirements At least 5 of experience preferably in Agency channel management for Life insurance business Strong business acumen skills with analytical curiosity with an eye for detail to make recommendations. Strong modelling skills and ability to analysis historical data to provide insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx is a plus Knowledge of life insurance industry Self-learner and hands on to trouble shoot and problem solved challenges. Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies/challenges with Tied Distribution force and internal senior stakeholders. Any other ad hoc secretarial duties YOUR PROFILE: You hold a bachelor degree in any discipline. You are currently pursuing the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or a member of ISCA. You have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in in handling corporate secretarial work and conversant with Singapore corporate secretarial practices and the Companies Act Chap 50 of Singapore. Good command in English, verbally and written (Able to converse in Mandarin will be considered as an asset). You have the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle clients professionally. You combine the commitment to quality and the management of business risks with the ability to take initiative. You are meticulous, independent and possess strong written and communication skills. You are able to work collaboratively in a team.
