Job description:

• Prepare sales documents for project launch. This involves liaising with solicitors and organizing various documents essential for sales transaction and agreement.
• Set-up project details accurately in the Sales Booking System.
• Co-ordinate with system provider to test-print sales documents to ensure formatting alignment.
• Liaise with solicitors post-sale on Sales Agreement-related matters such as validity of specific clauses, sending out Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs) timeously and proper updating of completed sales transactions, sales records and sales summary in the Sales Booking System.
• Set-up proper filing of all correspondence in purchasers’ file.
• Provide administrative assistance in conveyancing matters and serve as a primary contact for related inquiries.
• Monitor, follow-up, compile and manage all aspects of purchasers’ requests, Sales and Purchase Agreements and payment timelines.
• Ensure timely processing of approved refunds by co-ordinating with solicitors and finance department.
• Liaise with solicitors and property management teams regarding the serving of Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) notices and legal completion.
• Provide administrative support at showflat during project launches.
• Oversee compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations, and risk assessment processes.
• eview eligibility documents for executive condominium purchases and coordinate with HDB for eligibility assessment.

Job Purpose

ICE Fixed Income & Data Services is streamlining the system - Featuring high quality and market-leading data, our end-to-end solutions create exceptional insights that drive performance. We currently have an opening for a sales professional, a “hunter” who will drive sales growth with new customers and generating additional business within existing accounts. Connecting clients to solutions through collaboration with product and sales teams across ICE Fixed Income & Data Services and ICE Exchanges. The focus will be on growing business by deploying a targeted sales strategy, building pipeline and cross selling between the existing business lines. Work in collaboration with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the existing account base. This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who relishes being at the forefront of business activities and thrives on successes through collaboration. We seek an aggressive hunter with polished sales, pipeline management, territory management and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for territory, taking into account industry/regulatory requirements, market trends and client requirements
• Client meetings, presentations, and preparation of RFP/RFI responses
• Exceed Individual sales quota
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships in particular with the ‘C-Suite’ and Senior Managers
• Produce accurate revenue forecasting for new business sales and keep an up-to-date pipeline, contacts and visit records in SalesForce CRM system
• Develop an understanding of, and stay current on, the ICE Data Services products and solutions and their application to the market in Asia Pacific and internationally.
• Understand make up of client base and assist sales team in putting in place territory plans to meet objective
• Work with other senior leaders across the globe to drive top line revenue growth.

Knowledge and Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of Fixed Income and Derivatives or strong background in Financial Institutional markets preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of the customer use cases and business
• Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations
• Accelerate the sales process, generating leads, managing the proposal process, overcoming objections
• Financial industry or data solutions experience
• Contacts within the financial services industry and good understanding of Asset Management and Fixed Income Institutional markets in their territories idealStrong personal integrity and a confident and positive manner
