You will handle potential clients and leads provided by the company, developing design concepts, and preparing proposals and quotations to secure tenders and projects. The job requires creating unique design proposals, managing renovation sites and subcontractors, and reviewing drawings before submitting them to the Creative Director and clients. Experience in overseeing projects from start to finish, including sales, design, and execution, is highly advantageous. Qualifications:
