We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Events Team. You can expect to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with many opportunities for learning new skillsets and expanding your network.

Responsibilities:

Events Management

• Manages Events proposal and Client Servicing
• Prepare Proposal and Quotations
• Conceptualise and propose ideas to make meaningful contribution to discussions
• Ability to source for suitable vendors and put forth good recommendations
• Ability to sketch ideas and knowledge of simple graphic skills will be a bonus

Installations

• In charge of overall Events and/or large format print installation works at the project site
• Intermediate understanding of structural installations including recommending usage of materials and problem solving skills
• Evaluate and select suppliers, do site recee, inspect and approve contractors’ work
• Knowledge of WSH a bonus

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of Events Management experience
• Ability to multitask with good time management skills
• Self motivated and a team player
• Meticulous & Organised
• Resourceful & Consistent

This is an on-site position. Candidates looking for hybrid or WFH positions need not apply.

• Experience with VMWare vSphere setup and configuration.
• Strong hands-on administration experience with Windows Server 2016 - Forest, Domain Trust, AD, DFS, Group Policy/Permissions, DHCP, DNS,Windows Folder Security, WSUS.
• In-depth understanding of corporate network infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Switches/Checkpoint Firewall.
• Provide technical support to local and regional offices.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Management, Systems Administration or related role.
• Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architecture, and best practices.
• ITSM/ITIL and Cisco related certifications are a plus.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting, including invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledgers, and other miscellaneous duties.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for accounting entries, including the timely issuance of invoices to vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain records for staff payrolls, payslips, expense claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and track account aging.
• Compile and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, suppliers, and other internal or external parties regarding accounting matters.
• Provide necessary documentation and schedules for tax and statutory reporting, including quarterly tax reports.
• Handle project costing, cash flow forecasts, cash collection, banking activities, bank reconciliation, and special projects.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting or finance role.
• accounting knowledge will be added advantage
• Immediate starter is preferred
