Contract period:

• 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Mar 2028 (38 Months)

Deployment:

Either 1 one of the shifts mentioned below,

• a. Early shift: 7.15 am to 4.45 pm (Monday to Thursday); 7.15 am to 4.15 pm (Friday);
• b. Late shift: 9.00 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Thursday); and 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Friday).

Scope of Works:

1. Plan, coordinate and attend to all requests to support Authority’s internal and external major meetings, webinars, events, recordings and video production. Understand user’s requirement and provide technical support accordingly.
2. Plan, set up and operate the control room and studio equipment for live events or recordings.
3. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate the creation and post production of multimedia content.
4. Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure the systems are in good working condition, whilst keeping an up-to-date inventory for audit.
5. Oversee various AV contractors to ensure they deliver their services in accordance with the respective contracts and service level agreements. Manage and administer contracts and assess the contractors’ performance regularly (e.g. verification of service rendered and payment).

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Media / Mass Communications / AV or equivalent.
2. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in broadcasting and live production or AV and VC operation and maintenance with supervisory responsibility.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Creative Suite, video and photographic skills.
4. Good understanding of hardware (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) and software (TriCaster, OBS, vMix) needed to run professional videos and live streams.
5. Experience with filming equipment and studio production, with working experience on production sets or part of a production team.
6. Experience in Project Management of large-scale AV implementations.
7. Proficient and experience with AV and VC systems (Crestron/Extron/Cisco/Bosch).
8. Up-to-date on new broadcasting, AV and VC technological developments.
9. Independent worker and a good team player who is comfortable in working in a fast-pace and dynamic environment.
10. Good writing and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Create leads and build relationships to drive sales of the curriculum package or learning program
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and customize solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the value of the curriculum package to potential clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance goals.
• Follow up with clients to encourage attendance at trial classes.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of Cold calling or Lead generation experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
