Scope:
• Assist in administrative work and data entry
• Assist in data, budgeting, tracking reports
• Assist in interview scheduling for new representatives’ allowance applications
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Support the Managers on the month-to-month execution of the career seminar events
- Any other duties as assigned
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree with prior Human Resources experiences
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a major advantage
