You shall serve as Accountant / Finance Executive of the Company in Singapore and report to the Chief Finance Officer based in Singapore. You collaborate closely with the finance teams, with the management and with the operations team as well as outsourced accounting firms worldwide. Scope: worldwide

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Your powers and duties in your position will include (but without limitation) in relation to the Company and its affiliated companies:

• Perform day to day accounts operations and bookkeeping operation, including processing data, payment of invoices and expenses claims, reconciliation
• Update cash position and bank reconciliation daily
• Perform Collection Centre and reconciliation daily
• Perform Interco reconciliation daily
• Verify supplier invoices, staff expenses claim and obtain approval for payment
• Be strongly involved in annual stock count, if any
• Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
• Assist in annual statutory audits
• Assist in preparation of financial reports
• Ad hoc tasks occurring on accounting and office administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position
• Experience of accounting and bookkeeping using an ERP system
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships across different levels of the organization and externally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Collaborative and growth mindset
• Able to work under deadlines and pressure
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers
• Speech and writing in French is a plus to liaise with French administrations

The Job:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and group guidelines
• Monitoring and analysis of monthly reporting results against Budget / Forecast / Prior Years
• Planning and management of Budget and Forecastin
• Preparation of quarterly GST submissions and annual corporate income tax filings with IRAS
• Preparation of commission / incentives payout and computation of staff car benefits

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree with min 3-6 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
