The Role

Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. • The role holder is responsible for leading the development of global Credit Card Portfolio Optimization strategies for Existing to Product (“ETP”) customers within the context of the wider global Credit Cards & Personal Loans (“CCPL”) strategy.

The role holder is accountable for developing, socializing and helping drive implementation of strategies for ETP Credit Card Portfolio returns, and for delivery technologies that satisfy the needs of the business, and are in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including:

• Leveraging advanced analytics and collaborating with risk teams to provide thought leadership on risk and pricing frameworks to enable markets to deploy portfolio management strategies that are EVA accretive and within risk appetite.

The Director, Global Supply Chain Sustainability is responsible for providing leadership and management of Samsonite’s supply chain sustainability program in support of Our Responsible Journey, the company’s global sustainability strategy. This role will focus on social and environmental topics including but not limited to human rights, climate, and sustainable materials. The role works closely with key internal and external partners, including our sourcing, product development, design, legal, and other teams, as well as with our suppliers and other partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The successful candidate will engage cross-functionally to drive and further evolve supply chain sustainability strategy and, importantly, partner on the implementation and delivery of these critical initiatives.
