Job Descriptions:

• Site preparation and co-ordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience in advising and implementing on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring takeovers, etc.
• Execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity
• Responsible to source and originate quality transactions an advantage

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant preferably with Big4 audit background
• Minimum of 10 years corporate finance experience and at least 3 IPO projects advisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of SFA, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control

You will provide leadership to the nursing education team by overseeing, directing and ensuring smooth operations of Nursing Education division. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and collaborate with the clinical teams for nursing continuing education and compliance by delivering quality clinical care, professional development and education.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician to identify learning gaps and training needs of nurses.
• Conduct orientation programmes for new nurses and staff on attachment / training. Guides them on various clinical skills by conducting appropriate induction and Continuing Nursing Education program.
• Deliver educational programmes in classroom or clinical settings.

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board

• Possess valid BCLS and AED Certification or BCLS and AED Instructor certification.
