About the role:

We are seeking a Creative Social Media Intern to help manage content for our social media platforms and company website.

You will be involved in planning filming schedules and assisting with photo shoots, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in social media and digital marketing.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.

What you will do:

• Film, host, and edit visually compelling high-quality photography and videography content for our social media platforms and the company website
• Plan and maintain detailed filming schedules, ensuring regular content uploads
• Assist in creating infographics to support marketing initiatives
• Ideate and develop creative social media content pieces
• Conduct research to inform and enhance content development strategies

The successful candidate should have:

• Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Media/Communications Studies or equivalent
• Relevant videography and photography portfolio - hit us with your best shots
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content and social media industry
• Able to shoot and edit both videos and photos
• Able to design and/or illustrate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an individual to support our business in printing and canvas stretching/framing. This job would be based at our factory space at 48 Toh Guan Road.

Whilst some experience would be preferable we are more than willing to onboard someone with no experience providing you have the right attitude and drive to learn.

The job loosely involves:

• Handling print jobs on a range of media - typically paper and canvas based prints on large format printers such as the Canon Pro-566.
• Operating the printer, such as loading & unloading media, creating print jobs, handling post print and distribution.
• Manufacturing canvas stretcher bars, which involves basic measurements and the usage of two pieces of simple machinery.
• Stretching canvases over these wooden stretcher bars.
• General tasks such as packaging, producing shipping labels and generally supproting in keeping the factory tidy.

Base salary would be dependent on existing experience but we are also open to agreeing a commission based portion based on the overall performance of the business each month and the individuals contribution in terms of the number of pieces produced.
