  • Assist the Creative Director in overseeing the team and managing design projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams to ensure all project needs are addressed promptly.
• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, production teams, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
• Status Reporting and Documentation:

Requirements:

• Educational Background:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.

The Sponsorship Manager drives the organisation's sponsorship strategies and the portfolio of sponsorship events. He/She identifies and pursues potential sponsors after targeted research. He/She works closely with internal teams to plan partner and sponsor acquisition strategy, and manages the accounts of sponsors, serving as the point of contact between sponsors and the organisation.
