Job Title: Senior Creative Fragrance Manager

Reporting to: Global Category Head/Business Head

Job band: Middle Management

Key Accountabilities:

· Fragrance Development and Project Management

o Work on major briefs in SEA in the assigned Category formats.

o Demonstrate consistent track record of New wins.

o Explore new creative ideas for perfumery creations with SEA team of perfumers which leads to project solutions and enriching the fragrance library.

o Address active and proactive brief by utilizing existing fragrance library.

o Conduct and organize evaluation smelling session of relevant benchmarks against creative fragrances in required client’s or standard base using client’s or internal evaluation protocol and act as key member of Evaluation team providing insights to internal and external customers.

o Coordinate with application lab for any application samples required.

o Co-ordinate with analytical lab for any product technical data requirement.

o Work closely with Technology team for any innovation and technology required by clients.

· Sales and Customer Management

o Align with Commercial team on different Account plans with prioritisation.

o Work closely with Commercial group to interact and understand customer needs by receiving and visiting customers / meeting online with customers providing winning fragrance recommendation and solutions with Marketing presentations.

o Support Commercial team with Project details and Olfactive summary of Fragrance submissions.

· Marketing and Market Research Management

o Monitor Cross Category new launches, Product and Fragrance landscape with affiliates, Regional CFM/Perfumers and Commercial group, Euromonitor and other sources.

o Update Olfactive Mapping of Cross Category applications.

o Participate in Consumer Market Insight activities to get an understanding of Consumer and Customer’s needs.

o Attend exhibitions and seminars and represent company exhibition stall with Fragrance solutions ready for customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the fragrance development activities for Personal wash category in ASEAN region
• To lead the personal wash category creative fragrance management team in Takasago Singapore, providing strategic direction for delivering category growth in the region
• To manage all internal aspects of the projects (coordinate with Perfumers, R&D, Applications Lab, Marketing, CIMR and Sales/Sales Service) and interpret customer’s briefs.
• Set up action plans for important briefs with clear schedules and execute olfactive strategy to support overall success of the projects assigned.
• Active involvement in guiding/discussing with Perfumers in the creative/modification process, developing a common communication platform with the Perfumers.
• Evaluate and decide on the selection of commercially winning fragrances to drive the win rate in the category with key customers
• Maintain regional or global visibility, internally/externally and network with other Creative Centres leveraging on their capabilities, when necessary, to complete project assignments.
• Effective use of the fragrance library for the categories assigned as starting point for most briefs.
• Maintain an active and updated fragrance library – identify gaps and develop fragrances from interesting key product launches for creative interpretations.
• Market/product familiarity – awareness of the needs, trends and consumer preferences in the Asia Pacific region.
• Participate in the interpretation of consumer test results together with CIMR.
• Join the Affiliate Sales Team in customer visits, whenever required.

You will join a dynamic team that is responsible for the marketing and launching of Creative products online. As a Brand / Product Champion, your primary role is to define and execute digital marketing and brand strategies for products under the Creative / Sound Blaster family. This includes content creation for product pages, product videos, social media posts, and other outreach materials relating to product launches.

You will conceptualize, develop, and execute product launch campaigns for the target audience on Creative suite of sites and through digital marketing channels like email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine marketing. To generate brand and product awareness, building strong and collaborative relationships with the press, key opinion leaders and influencers will also be an integral element of the role.

You should be well acquainted with the latest digital marketing trends, including search engine optimization and industry best practices, and be on top of web UX and UI trends. You should also have a curious mind about the audio industry and be proactive in learning independently—this includes being familiar with the competitive landscape, industry trends, product differentiation, and the technical know-how on how key technologies work and how our audio products function with various platforms such as PC and gaming consoles.

Requirements:
