Main responsibilities for Full time position:

- Create and conduct lessons for all curriculum and workshops according to Artlette standards

- Feedback to parents and preparation of student reports

- Attend to Student / Parent queries and recommend suitable program

- Replying to email / phone queries

- Cashiering duties for payment

- Scheduling of classes

- Administrative duties

- Graduated from an Art institution – O levels/Diplomas/University OR Preschool teaching / Ar tteaching experience with minimum 1 year working experience.

- 5 days working week. Able to work on weekends with 2 weekdays off.

Scope of Work:

· Content strategy and execution – content research and planning, copywriting, producing visual assets for digital channels

· Content plan for social media platforms including copywriting

· Content updates and uploads on digital platforms

· Graphic Design for content creation

· Content creation such as videos, gifs, graphic design but not limited to

· Social media management - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.

· E-mail marketing: prepare and schedule eDMs, track performance and optimise over time.

· Identify content opportunities

· On site photography, videography and content production.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Creative Designer, you will be working closely with our creative team to design and produce interactive promotional social content and maintain a smooth user interface for our e-commerce website. You'll be responsible for producing content that matches the brand’s, aesthetic, and content strategy, including social media graphics design, websites, and promotional artworks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design artwork for various online platforms such as promotional banners, website & social media
• Manage social media platforms and create shareable content
• Create and design email newsletters for new products/ promotions / campaigns
• Research on global graphic design trends in electronics and current social media trends
• Update website timely (new products, change of product’s content/design
• Produce and edit photographic and video content
• Edit company’s internal document designs and layouts
• Coordinate with other department/partnering companies/brand with designing and content
• Provide graphics or designs to support different promotions/events/exhibitions
• Propose new design concepts/ ideas constantly and share digital marketing trends positively
• Perform other duties related to content and design/visual creation.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holds a diploma in visual art, design, mass communication or related fields, with portfolio submission
• Preferably with at least 1-year experience in design/digital or related industry
• Experience in videography with video skills is required, candidates with photography experience may also be considered
• Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro/ other video-editing software
• Ability to transfer ideas to design
• Ability to work under a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task with organizational skills
• Has positive learning attitude with minimum supervision needed
