Position Overview:Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life. From conceptualizing stunning visuals to executing compelling content, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence across various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead art direction, graphic design, and content creation for branding and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to overall branding and marketing strategy and planning.

Requirements:

• Proven 5 years track record of creative execution in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PR, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects), Capcut, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
• Experience in photography and videography is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fashion.

Job Description

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to electronic direct mailer (EDMs), flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and etc.
• Collaborate closely with the team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and originality.
• Produce visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all design assets and platforms, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
• Other design or ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fields.
• Proven 2-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion or beauty industry or related field.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Job Responsibilities

• To check through Handover Form and all documentations from Sales and Design Teams, ensuring client’s requirements are met
• To conduct site preparations for demolition works, civil works and/or laying safety surfacing in compliance to all safety and company’s requirements
• To oversee installation of playground equipment, lightning protection system and/or other works as per client’s requirements
• To coordinate with workers and/or sub-contractors on conducting all the necessary testing and warranty issuances as per client’s requirements
• To prepare operational documentations at the point of handing over to client
• To manage workers and/or sub-contractors on completing projects based on schedule
• To assist Operations Manager to perform any other related duties as required

Education Requirements

• O-Levels and above
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
• Relevant Construction Industry Safety Compliance Trainings & Certifications

Job Responsibilities

• To respond, follow up and complete design requests on time.
• To understand project requirements and produce designs for proposals and tenders, collaborating with Sales and Operations Teams to clinch projects.
• To take on special customized projects whenever required
• To ensure information are properly handed over to Sales and Operations Teams, in accordance to client’s requirements and ensuring all installation compliance
• To visit Clients with Sales/Operations team for presentations, networking etc.
• To assist Design Manager to perform any other related projects and duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in design, landscape, architecture, or any related field
• Software Skill(s): Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds Max.
• Creative and has technical knowledge in basic construction design
• Able to create design concept and narrative for Design Proposals

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting transactions
• Process & verify invoices & payments
• Handle Account Receivable & Payables matters and accounting reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management reporting
• Data entry including keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system
• Verification of accounting document and data entry into accounting system
• Assist in monthly closing and GST report submission
• Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings
• Liaise with external/internal auditors and tax agents as required
• Adhere to accounting and financial procedures, systems and compliance with accounting standards and financial policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, details and perspective drawings
• Liaise with site supervisor and technical coordinator for any drawings changes and amendment
• Liaise with Main Contractor for shop drawing submission
• Amend drawings to be used for site construction
  

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in architectural, engineering or construction related background
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on AutoCAD
• Proficiency in BIM software is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office application
• Experience in steel, aluminium and metal works industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare contract documents, taking off quantities, providing cost and managing cost
• Prepare tender document, calling quotations and evaluate tender submissions
• Prepare quotations, and following up with Contractors
• Prepare monthly progress claims and certification of subcontractor's claim

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in building, quantity surveying or construction related background
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Building Sector
• Proficiency with MS Office application
• Experience in steel, aluminium and metal works industry is preferred

• General data entry, filing and administrative duties
• Prepare monthly payroll, claims, etc
• Handle employees’ work pass, CPF, levy, etc
• Make enquires, ordering of materials required
• Process invoice, purchase order, etc
• Handle simple enquires from phone calls and emails
• Support in other administrative matters (such as printing namecards, issuing company mobile, updating admin databases, etc)
