Job Scope

• Ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
• Excecutes production schedules, coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
• Representing PC in MRB review and follow up with respective owner on action plan if required
• Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules
• Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
• Ensures material standards are met and non-conformances or variances are approved and/or minimized
• Support adhoc materials requirements

Requirements

• Min Degree in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel like data filters, pivot tables, vlookup, data validation etc
• Technology/Market Savvy - Passion to keep up with technological trends and how that relates with consumer inclinations and behaviour

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Account Receivables and/or Account Payables accounts
• Prepare and process billings, receipts and payments
• Prepare audit schedules and reports
• Prepare customer credit assessment
• Support audits which include preparation of reports, extraction of documents and information
• Attend the monthly stock take
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” level / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Knowledge on Accounting Oracle is an advantage
• Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Monthly Salary: $2400 - $3000

Location: East (Changi)

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday. (To Standby on Saturday. If the candidate has a laptop, there is no requirement to return to the company.)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive cargo bookings and reservations from customers.
• Manage cargo booking, planning, and closure to optimize cargo space and loading.
• Address customer needs and uphold service levels specified by the Airlines and the company.
• Handle the planning and resolution of customer complaints, claims, and tracing.
• Compile accurate Cargo Sales Reports (CSRs) and submit them to airlines, agents, and the accounts department in a timely manner, meeting set deadlines.
• Coordinate with airline operations, Ground Handling Agents (GHAs), and customers/agents to ensure compliance with IATA regulations in the submission of cargo.
• Assist Sales and Senior Managers in quotations and telesales.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Training will be provided.

About the role:

• Incorporation of new companies;
• Maintenance of corporate secretarial records for various entities, including statutory registers;
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements are strictly met;
• Preparation of Directors’/ Shareholder’s meeting minutes and resolutions and ensuring documents are properly signed, lodged and filed;
• Preparation of annual returns and other statutory documents;
• Preparation and lodgement of routine/ ad-hoc statutory documents/ client transactions;
• Managing Corppass authorisations;
• E-stamping with IRAS for transfer of shares;
• Issuance of share certificates;
• Facilitate the billing process for clients’ annual fees;
• Proper maintenance of all clients’ documents;
• Collaborate with external partners for offshore entities;
• Arrange for the notarisation and legalisation of documents;
• Recording and performing of KYC for client onboarding.
• Recording of records into Zoho CRM system.
