Job Specific
- Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, AR, Balance sheet, and P&L for monthly and yearly reporting in CHINESE
- Responsible for daily transaction posting (AR/AP/Others) and all finance operation matters
- Handle receipts, payments, claims, and records into the accounting system on a timely basis
- Maintain monthly and yearly schedules for management and audit
- Bank reconciliation reports and monthly reconciliation of company balances
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align the strategic goal of the company
- Support on queries from external auditors and tax agents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience handling full set accounts
- FMCG experience will be preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge in Excel
- Possess initiative and ability to multitask
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Requires to communicate in Chinese with Chinese speaking co-workers and clients

Duties

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime or related discipline;

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial revenue and customer satisfaction
