Job Description and Requirements:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
• Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
• Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
• Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
• Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for sales strategy development.
• Work with others to increase the number of potential clients
• Initiate working-level relationships with sales networks and leads to support sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• 1 year experience in conducting school enrichment workshops or similar activities
• 1 year of experience as an ICT Executive or similar role in a school
• Skilled in ICT device troubleshooting
• Experience with AV setups in school environments
• Proficient in audio and video production for school events
• Knowledge of video editing software
• Registered with MOE’s REMS 2.0

Scope of works:

• Oversee all ICT devices and equipment.
• Provide technical support.
• Install, maintain, and repair devices.
• Track loans and returns.
• Manage ICT and AV inventory.
• Deliver and set up devices as requested.
• Supervise vendors during deliveries.
• Support school staff with ICT tasks.
• Process ICT-related paperwork.
• Report to ICT leadership.
• Coordinate with Desktop Engineers (DEs).
• Set up audio and visuals for events.
• Assist with audio/video production.
• Use video editing tools when needed.
• Provide basic ICT and video training to students.
  

• Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
• Working Days: 5-days work week (40 hrs)
• Working hours : 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm
• Salary : $4,000 to $5,500

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and maintain existing customers
• Handle new sales enquiries and preparation of quotations
• Work closely with sales team on execution of marketing and sales activities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales
• Follow up on projects, delivery and relevant documents
• Manager customers' accounts, credits and payments

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of sales experience in steel industry
• Possess good knowledge of various steel products with prior experience in project sales
• Proficient in sales prospecting and able to drive sales process from plan to close
