Job Summary

The Unsecured CRM Head for Singapore at Standard Chartered Bank is responsible for the oversight of financial and non-financial risks related to the CCPL credit portfolios as well as managing the credit risk profile of the CCPL portfolio in Singapore, while supporting business growth objectives. Job Scope:

• Prepare import / export shipping document based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration
• Monthly delivery / sales reporting
• Liaison and coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
• Prepare Sales and Purchase contracts
• Provide admin support to the department

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / GCE O / N Levels
• Possess minimum 2 - 5 years' Shipping Documentation & Letter Of Credit / LC experience
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities

Client Services (Credit) - Collections is responsible for interacting with clients, either directly or indirectly, in support of sales, trading, relationship management, or portfolio management activities. The Collections area is responsible for collecting delinquent accounts and rescheduling payments, as necessary, to minimize delinquencies and foreclosures.

Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.

• Call business banking customer to remind overdue payment
• Follow up with customer via various communication tools (E.g telephone, SMS, Letters, etc) to ensure payment done
• Negotiate with customers on repayment programs if they are unable to fulfill payment obligation
• Attending to customer’s account enquiries and rendering prompt services on their request
• Update conversation with customer in collection system
• Working together with supervisors & other business unit on enquiries and/or accounts strategy
• Working together with various department on instruction

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint

• Able to follow up cases closely
• Preferred with experience in Business Banking Collection

• To achieve individual sales targets
• To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers and fellow staff
• To continuously think ahead and help to develop solutions to emerging problems
• To continuously suggest ways in improving the team as a whole
• To actively tele-market the Bank's products to customers to generate sales revenue
• To call company provided leads or customers

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday - 9.15am to 6.45pm

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School "N" Level
• Applicants must be willing to work in Novena Area
• Passion and drive to launch sales career to the next level
• Good Communication Skills
• Self-starter, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with Quotas or Sales Targets
• Candidates must be able to commit to Overtime if needed
• Relevant sales/acquisition experience with a proven track record is a plus
