Job Responsibilities:
Accounting and Financial Management:
- Generate monthly reports and the annual budget for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage financial reporting for Business Development operations
- Coordinate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes with the Accounts division.
- Manage cash flow to ensure adequate support for operational requirements.
- Coordinate financial arrangements with the Finance division.
- Verify invoices and collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure timely processing of payments.
- Assist in optimizing and improving internal documentation and processes.
- Support the preparation of financial arrangements and related documentation.
Project Support:
- Confirm the appropriate accounting methods for each project in collaboration with the Accounts team and auditors.
- Review taxation matters for each project with the Accounts team and tax consultants.
- Assist in evaluating project profitability and conducting financial assessments.
- Provide accounting and financial management support for projects across various countries in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent at analyzing data and handling numerical information.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects independently.
- Comfortable with reporting large financial figures (USD millions) to management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent at managing time, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Positive, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
